Ordering a Wedding Cake
Congratulations on your engagement!!
All our wedding cakes are bespoke to you and come in a variety of flavours and design finishes.
Save The Date
Once you have chosen your wedding date or booked your venue we suggest getting in contact to check availability and get an approximate quote based on the number of your guests.
To help with a quote the information we would require is the address of your venue, the number of guests and what design you have in mind.
Even if you are not sure about the final design but would like to book the date in there is a £50 non-refundable deposit.
Design Consultations and Tasting
Once you are booked in with us we would love to have you for a design consultation and cake tasting. This will usually be 6 months before your wedding day when more of the other wedding aspects are finalised.
The consultation and tasting can last up to an hour where we will discuss your wedding cake design and taste some delicious cake flavours. If you have any inspirations such as your invitations, colour swatches or pictures, please bring them along.
After the consultation we will provide you with a final quote of your final design.
If you are unable to come for a consultation or would like to taste some of our cakes before you book with us we can send you a wedding cake sample box through the post. This is priced at £20 and will be deducted from the final price of your cake if you choose to continue with us.
Our Macaron Towers
A Macaron Tower is a great alternative to a wedding cake or to add an extra wow factor to your wedding meal.
Macaron Towers come in many sizes from a 4 tier made up of 47 macarons up to 10 tiers made with 230 macarons.
Macarons come in a variety of flavours and can be customised to your colour scheme so there is endless possibilities and they can fit many tastes and styles.
These towers can also be decorated with flowers provided by your florist.
Our Wedding Favours
The Cake Tin offers a variety of wedding favours each one hand made and personalised to your wedding. You can choose from hand decorated biscuits, delicate macarons, cake pops, cakesicles, cake pop geo hearts, homemade Scottish tablet and traditional fudge.
